Thank you for being our client. We will gladly replace or take back a product bought by you within 14 days of buying if you need that. Our main goal is complete customer’s satisfaction. If you find any discrepancies in the parcel you received or if you wish to return or replace it, notify us by writing to email address sales@natalileather.ro, by writing in our contact form on the site itself or by calling 087 870 0667.

Delivery is covered by the client.

How to replace a product bought by you:

• Fill in the return and replacement form (download link) and attach it to the parcel.
• You must bring the parcel to the nearest Speedy office or to another courier chosen by you. Then send it to Varna, Dragoman St. No. 27A, Speedy-DRAGOMAN.
• After receiving the item, we will send you the new product to an address specified by you.

Please pack the parcel as safely as possible in order to protect it from dirt and harm during transport.

How to return a product bought by you:

• Fill in the return and replacement form (download link) and attach it to the parcel.
• You must bring the parcel to the nearest Speedy office or to another courier chosen by you. Then send it to Varna, Dragoman St. No. 27A, Speedy-DRAGOMAN.
• After receiving the item, your payment will be reimbursed by a bank transfer after deducting the bank fee for the transfer.

Please pack the parcel as safely as possible in order to protect it from dirt and harm during delivery.

Any user has the right to return the product bought by him/her within 14 work days from the date on which it was received. For this purpose the product must be in its original package without any traces of use or harm to the commercial presentation of the product in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Users Protection Act. . If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the buyer who will cover all transport expenses. Transport costs for replacement or return will be covered by the buyer unless a defect in the item is found.

• The replacement or reclamation should be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
• The products which should be returned or replaced must not have been processed in any way, namely: washed, ironed, cut or subjected to other actions which may harm them; labels must not be removed; there must be no traces of wearing them, such as perfume or washing powder smell, tobacco smell, etc.
• The product must be returned to the above-mentioned address and a proof of purchase must accompany it (delivery note or receipt) together with a filled-in return or replacement form (download link).
• The form must be printed, filled in and attached to the parcel.

All parcels will be opened before paying back the money. Immediately after we make sure that the parcel satisfies the above conditions, the money will be paid back to you. Unfortunately, if the above-mentioned conditions are not met, the claim will not be accepted.

Items which have been customized for the client – the item has been made to the client’s requirements, in sizes and models different than standard ones, will not be returnable!
